About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic, driven, and solutions-focused individual to join our client's high-impact Future Careers team . This is an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full spectrum of early careers, employer branding, and talent attraction — within one of the world’s largest FMCG companies.
As a key team member, you’ll support the design and delivery of standout employer brand initiatives and attraction campaigns. You’ll collaborate with external partners and internal teams, manage suppliers, coordinate events, and contribute to projects that directly shape the future talent pipeline within the organisation.

This is a role for someone who wants to make an impact and is willing to adapt, refine, and keep pushing until the right result is delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Branding & Attraction:
Support the development and execution of campaigns that showcase the organisation as a top destination for early talent. - Partner & Supplier Coordination:
Liaise with a growing network of early careers organisations, partners, job boards, and providers — measuring performance, holding them accountable, negotiating rates and packages. - Event & Campaign Coordination:
Support the team in planning and executing virtual and in-person events (e.g., printing materials, managing catering, booking rooms, running webinars, attending evening events). Attending and supporting at events where needed. - Data Analysis & Insight:
Review Attraction and Performance data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and channel strategy. - Admin & Project Support:
Own a variety of administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects — from coordinating logistics, managing and owning the invoicing process, to managing busy inboxes and supporting on cross-functional initiatives. - Creative Input & Strategy:
Bring fresh ideas to the table and help shape the team’s attraction strategies — continuously testing, learning, and adjusting to improve outcomes.
What We're Looking For:
- A proactive doer with a "get-it-done" attitude and strong sense of ownership
- A creative thinker who enjoys problem-solving and takes pride in seeing ideas through to delivery
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Confident communicator, able to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders and external partners
- Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Some experience or understanding of HR, Early Careers, or Talent Acquisition is a bonus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Data-savvy: able to interpret performance reports and draw insights
Within this role, you’ll be part of shaping the future of one of the largest and most respected FMCG organisations globally. You’ll gain unparalleled exposure to the FMCG industry and hands-on experience in every element of early careers attraction and brand strategy. This is a real launchpad role — ideal for someone looking to build a career in employer branding, talent acquisition, or HR. If this sounds like you, please apply today!
