40 hours per week Monday to Friday – overtime available
Hourly rate £13.25/Hr (This includes £40/week time keeping bonus)

From our workshop in the heart of the Midlands, Choice Interiors are traditional, bespoke cabinet makers, creating beautiful kitchens, bedroom cabinetry and other exquisite custom-made furniture.
Established in 1987, we are renowned throughout Birmingham and beyond for our personal service, design skills, craftsmanship, attention to detail and extensive after sales care.
Due to an increased workload, we require an experienced Furniture Paint Sprayer for our Factory in Birmingham.
In this role you will be responsible for spraying wooden furniture that is manufactured on site. It is crucial that you are able to work as part of a fast-paced team to manage your workload effectively and to meet strict deadlines yet delivering the highest standard/quality of work at all times.
Previous painting and wet spraying experience is crucial for this role.
The work you will undertake can be very much of a manual and physical nature, with the lifting of large, heavy and sometimes awkward items – you must be physically fit.
It is crucial you have a high level of initiative, motivation and a positive attitude, with a keen eye for detail.
We take health and safety very seriously and as such it is important that maintenance and regular safety checks are carried out on all our equipment and that any issues are reported immediately. All equipment will be provided for you.
The role itself:
· Prepare various furniture materials for spraying
· Wet Spraying various items of furniture
· Denibbing and fine sanding – a time consuming yet crucial step as part of our 4 stage paint process
· Filling and Caulking
· Staining and Lacquering real woods and wood veneers
· Some hand priming and painting as required
· Cleaning down of spray guns and general house keeping
· Undertaking quality checks throughout the process
· Wrapping/Packing of finished furniture
· Occasional loading and unloading of items from works vehicles
· Liaise on a daily basis with the team leader to ensure production targets are being met
· An open and flexible attitude towards overtime and the potential of split shifts
· The ability to drive would be beneficial, but not mandatory
