Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Paint sprayer to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint and other finishes to various surfaces to include roof sheets. This is a full-time position that requires proficiency in using power tools, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work in a construction site or commercial environment.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, filling, sanding, and priming as necessary
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Apply paint or other finishes using Airless and or HVLP spray equipment
- Use hand tools and power tools to remove old paint or repair surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Paint sprayer using Airless and or HVLP
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of basic math for measuring and mixing paint quantities
- Ability to read and interpret drawings or specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift heavy objects for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
