Immediate Start Available -
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fundraiser to join our F2F fundraising team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in helping our Charity partners by fundraising in a direct face to face manner. You will be responsible for advertising our Charity partners to 80+ potential donors daily. You will be Inspiring individuals to support the cause you will represent with ongoing donations.
No experience is necessary as full training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies to meet organisational goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors.
- Utilise Ever giving software for tracking donations, managing donor information, and generating reports.
- Collaborate with team members to organise fundraising events and campaigns.
- Track your individual KPI's to ensure they align with the charities targets.
- Provide excellent customer service to donors, ensuring their experience is positive and engaging.
- Manage your territory effectively and report all results to the manager at the end of each working shift.
Skills (Preferred not essential)
- Experience in fundraising or a related field.
- Proficiency in fundraising software, particularly Raiser’s Edge.
- Positive attitude towards the public.
- Excellent public relations skills, capable of representing the organisation positively in various settings.
- Effective marketing skills to attract potential donors.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring donor satisfaction at all times.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to reach targets.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour
