We're looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable waitress to join our team. You'll be the face of the brunch bar, and if you love hospitality, thrive in a fast paced environment, and enjoy connecting with people, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience
- take orders accurately, deliver food & drinks promptly
- guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and focusing on perks of POS
- prepare and serve cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages at expected standard
- maintain tables and service areas to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
- collaborate with the bar and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth service
- handle payments and process transactions efficiently
- uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
What we're looking for:
- previous hospitality experience in both table service and bar
- strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- flexible and reliable, with availability for both brunch shifts and evening bar service
- a positive, proactive attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
