Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Delivery Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting Customers Vehicles from our Busy Bodyshop to various locations, ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, as well as the ability to navigate the surrounding Areas efficiently Using both clients vehicles as well as public transport.
Duties
- Safely operate Collect / deliver customers Vehicles to designated locations.
- Pick up and Deliver Customers Vehicles , ensuring that all Vehicles are handled with care and respect .
- Be able to Communicate with clients on a professional level at all times .
- Communicate effectively with Bodyshop staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any discrepancies or damages.
- Ensure the vehicle is Delivered clean reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while driving.
Requirements
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record; experience as a driver is preferred.
- Previous experience in a delivery role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform on own Initiative.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Familiarity with driving Multiple brands of Vehicles is a plus.
- A professional attitude and commitment to providing excellent customer service.
