Restaurant Pine, an esteemed Michelin-starred and green-starred fine dining restaurant, is pleased to announce a remarkable opportunity for a Full Time Waiter to join our distinguished team.
Located on Vallum Farm, Restaurant Pine has earned widespread acclaim for its culinary excellence, captivating ambience, and unwavering commitment to sustainable practices. Our dedication to delivering an extraordinary dining experience has garnered us not only a Michelin star but also a coveted Green Star, signifying our profound commitment to environmentally responsible practices.
The salary is £30,000pa and excellent training and development opportunities. Set days off and flexible holidays, including Christmas guaranteed off. Breaks and staff meals included.
A minimum of WSET L2 is preferred but we are happy to invest in training for this should you not have it yet.
The working schedule is up to 48 hours per week.
Restaurant Pine is located at Vallum Farm, just outside of Newcastle city centre (15-20 minute drive from city centre) and was recently quoted as The Sunday Times Restaurant of the Year 2022.
