Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar member to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a member of our bar staff, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all beverages are prepared to the highest standards this also includes working weekends and busy time thought-out the year.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Assist customers with their drink selections, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change using basic maths skills.
Skills
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members alike.
