We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Engage with customers, taking orders efficiently and providing recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and report any shortages or issues to management.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible serving practices.
- Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service expectations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
Experience
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is essential; a willingness to learn is highly valued.
- Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of hospitality principles, including customer service excellence and food safety standards.
- Experience in bartending is advantageous, along with an understanding of various drink recipes and preparation techniques.
