Part-Time Fulfilment Assistant (Picker/Packer)

Salary: £10.00 – £12.21 per hour
Hours: Part-Time (flexible and negotiable)
Twist Teas, a family-run business with a love for innovative, great-tasting blends, is looking for a reliable and proactive Fulfilment Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our growing brand. Based in Harpenden, this is a hands-on role in our fulfilment department—perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys being part of a close-knit team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Picking and packing tea orders and samples with care (moderate heavy lifting required).
- Generating shipping labels via Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
- Managing and organising stock levels.
- Responding to customer queries via email and phone in a friendly, professional manner.
- Writing clear, grammatically correct emails and packing notes.
- Using our online systems, including Google Drive, Xero, and our ecommerce platform.
- Working closely with the sales team to fulfil internal and external order requests.

- Computer literate and confident using cloud-based systems.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
- A high level of personal hygiene.
- Friendly, upbeat and approachable with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to a variety of tasks at short notice.
- Keen eye for detail and pride in a job well done.
