About the role…
We’re looking for a Fulfilment Assistant to play a vital role in ensuring all retailer and consumer orders are prepared, picked and despatched in an accurate and timely manner. You will manage the receipt of incoming goods, conducting quality control measures and ensuring that product is checked, booked in and stored correctly.
This is a fast-paced, varied role, where no two days are the same – ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.
Our office is open Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm. You will work a 37.5 hour weekly shift pattern with occasional overtime.
About you…
We’re looking for someone who brings energy, attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. Ideally, you will have the following skills and experience:
- physically fit and able to work in a physically demanding role (ie stood up all day)
- previous Despatch experience and goods in/delivery knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential
- jewellery knowledge would be highly beneficial
- intermediate IT skills (including Excel) would be beneficial
- high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- strong organisation and time management skills
- an exceptional eye for quality, and the ability to learn engraving
- strong verbal communication
- able to work in a team and independently using own initiative
- able to work under pressure
- manual handling knowledge would be an advantage
