Summary
We are seeking a skilled Fryer / counter staff to join our team at The village fish bar. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking our signature fish and chips, ensuring that every meal meets our high standards of quality and taste.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook fish and chips according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for daily operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal food quality.
