Family run farm growing apples and pears - established c1949
Hand picking of apples & pears.
Temporary work available from late August/early Sept through to mid October.
Work is done outdoors in all weathers and is hard, physical work so a degree of fitness and stamina is required. Suitable footwear and waterproof clothing is essential.
Mondays to Fridays - 8 hours per day - 8am start. Part time workers will be considered depending on their hours of availability with a minimum of 16 hours per week.
Paid weekly, a week in arrears, into bank account.
£12.21 per hour.
Some additional evening and weekend hours may occasionally be available but are not guaranteed.
Limited space is available on the farm for self-sufficient campervanners - shared unisex WC and shower are provided but applicants must have their own sleeping, cooking facilities etc.
Please note there is no public transport near the farm.
