Position: Front of The House member
Location: 2-3 Rocks lane, SW13 0DB (just across Hammersmith bridge)
Hours: Up to 40h per week
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly
- Ensure tables are clean and set up for new guests
- Provide menu recommendations and answer any customer inquiries
- Handle customer complaints and feedback with professionalism
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waitress or in a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work on weekends
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
