What You’ll Do
- Welcome and serve guests with exceptional hospitality
- Take orders accurately and deliver food/drinks to tables
- Confidently recommend dishes and upsell where appropriate
- Gain extensive wine knowledge (full training provided)
- Operate till, card machines, and coffee machine (training provided)
- Monitor cellar inventory and highlight stock needs
- Keep FOH areas clean, safe, and well-presented at all times

- Previous hospitality experience is ideal, though we will train the right person
- A friendly, confident communicator with a genuine passion for guest experience
- Committed, reliable, and takes pride in consistently delivering high standards
- Able to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
- A natural team player who can also take initiative and show leadership when needed
