Pip's is a family-run outdoor food service establishment in South Petherton. We are renowned for our consistently excellent customer service, high-quality, innovative food, and unique setting.
The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to join us mainly on Saturdays, with occasional evening shifts and extra shifts during school/university holidays. Hours typically range from 4–12 per week.
You’ll be working front-of-house: welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food & drinks, and helping keep service smooth. Full training is provided, but hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.
Pay & Benefits
- Meals on shift included
- £10–£12.50 per hour depending on age and experience
- 100% of tips go to our team. (historical avg. £1.70/hr. Future tips may vary. Tips are left solely at our guests discretion and are not considered as wages by the company nor are they guaranteed in any way.)
