What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers and teammates with genuine friendliness
- Serve food and drinks quickly — within 30 seconds at peak times
- Know our menu and help customers choose their perfect dish
- Keep counters and store areas spotless and safe
- Support your team and help train new LEON Family Members
Front of House Team Member:

Back of House Team Member:
Key Responsibilities:
· Preparing and cooking LEON’s delicious menu items to the highest standards.
· Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment.
· Supporting the kitchen team with stock rotation, deliveries, and food safety checks.
· Working efficiently to meet demand during busy service periods.
· Being a team player and contributing to a positive kitchen culture.
What We’re Looking For:
· A love for food and a desire to learn.
· Experience in a kitchen environment is a plus, but not essential – we’ll train you!
· A strong work ethic and attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· A positive attitude and willingness to support your team.
