We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until they leave. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Provide information about menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Manage cash transactions accurately using basic maths skills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality food delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Skills
- Previous hospitality or restaurant experience is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Experience in food preparation or kitchen roles is an advantage.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods effectively.
- Ability to provide exceptional guest services with a friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Culinary experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.

Pay: Up to £12.21 per hour
