At Bearslake Inn, we’re passionate about delivering warm, memorable experiences in our beautiful 13th-century thatched gastro pub on Dartmoor. We’re now looking for enthusiastic, people-focused individuals to join our friendly, professional Front of House team as Hospitality Associates.

What the role involves
As a Hospitality Associate, you’ll be at the heart of creating fantastic guest experiences – whether that’s welcoming guests, serving in the bar, delivering exceptional table service in our restaurant, or helping our busy team keep everything running smoothly. You’ll gain hands-on experience across the whole Front of House operation, from bar to restaurant service, giving you a full ‘education’ in hospitality the Bearslake way.
What we’re looking for
- A positive, proactive approach to work and customer service
- Some hospitality experience preferred (fresh food environment ideal), but not essential – we’ll provide all training
- Flexibility to work a mix of mornings, evenings, weekends and split shifts (especially in busy periods like Christmas)
- Access to your own transport – our rural location is beautiful, but not on a bus route
