Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Team Leader to oversee our pub and restaurant alongside our senior management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, supervising team members, and ensuring that sales targets are met while maintaining a positive work environment.
Duties
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in stock management to optimise product availability.
- Communicate effectively with team members and upper management to relay important information.
- Provide training and support to new staff members, fostering their development within the company.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and enhance overall performance.
Experience
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role is essential.
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage schedules, reports, and documentation effectively.
- Experience in sales management with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team management and conflict resolution skills.
