Job Overview
We are seeking two enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role will comprise of evening and weekend shifts, with competitive rates of pay and excellent tips. The ideal candidates will possess excellent time management skills and a passion for providing outstanding guest services. As a member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations to enhance their dining experience through upselling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Provide exceptional guest services and ensuring overall satisfaction throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.
- A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
