We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Your responsibilities will encompass various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our restaurant, from food preparation to assisting guests with their needs. We are looking for candidates to work evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist in food preparation, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and maximise sales opportunities.
- Handle cash transactions and perform basic maths for billing purposes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and waiting areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest concerns promptly.
- Provide support to guests throughout their visit, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong guest service skills with a passion for helping others.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
- A willingness to learn and adapt within a dynamic team setting.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
