Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our team at The Hide Cafe in the heart of our community. This role is vital in delivering outstanding service and enhancing the customer experience, contributing directly to our mission of providing quality food and beverages.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor
- Take orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area
- Assist in food preparation as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a friendly attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience as a barista is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
