We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations as needed.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- Assist with food preparation when necessary, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle catering requests and special events, providing excellent service throughout.
- Manage cash handling and payment processing with accuracy.
- Uphold the highest standards of hospitality at all times, creating memorable experiences for our guests.
- Train new members of staff where needed
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Experience as a barista is a plus, adding value to our beverage service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A friendly disposition with a genuine passion for serving others.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends Is required.
- Must be 18 years +
- Must be able to drive or commute successfully to and from work
