Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations effectively.
- Provide attentive service to guests, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Support catering operations during events, including setup and breakdown of food stations.
- Prepare food items according to safety standards and ensure cleanliness in food handling.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service counters.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Assist with bartending duties when required, ensuring proper drink preparation and service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented setting.
- A friendly disposition with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in catering or food preparation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: £7.75-£12.21 per hour
