Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a smooth dining experience
- Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area
- Answer customer questions about the menu, making recommendations as needed
- Support other team members to ensure everything runs efficiently
- Handle customer concerns or issues with professionalism and care
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old (or older)
- Previous customer service experience is a bonus.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer service
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
