Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Provide support to bartenders and catering staff during busy periods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Uphold the restaurant's standards for hospitality, contributing to a positive team atmosphere.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen interest in food preparation, bartending, or catering would be advantageous.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Pay: £12.21-£13.00 per hour
