Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout their dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of hospitality, including bartending, and maintaining food safety standards. Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Prepare and serve beverages at the bar, adhering to all bartending standards.
- Assist in food preparation and presentation, ensuring high standards of food safety are maintained.
- Provide support during catering events, ensuring all guest needs are met promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and bar.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous.
- Bartending experience is a plus; training can be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A team player who is willing to help colleagues as needed and contribute positively to the work atmosphere.
