Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring high standards of presentation and service.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control.
- Support barista duties if required, preparing coffee and other beverages to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
- Experience in catering or serving roles is an advantage.
- A proactive approach to work with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Barista experience would be beneficial but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
