We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Support catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service provided.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times, reflecting the values of our establishment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Experience in bartending or catering is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
- A proactive attitude towards helping others and providing excellent service.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
