We’ve opened our doors – and The Stocks Tavern is already buzzing with energy, great food, and friendly faces. Set in the heart of Parbold, our beautifully refurbished English country pub is looking for experienced Front of House team members to help deliver warm, memorable service in a busy, fast-paced environment.
About the Role
At The Stocks, our Front of House team does it all – from greeting guests and running food to shaking cocktails and clearing tables. We’re a close knit, hands on crew, and we’re looking for confident all-rounders with experience on the floor and behind the bar. You’ll be expected to jump into any part of service and keep things running smoothly, all with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guest in a warm and welcoming manner
- Take and run food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver excellent service on both the floor and bar
- Make and serve drinks – including cocktails (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming FOH environment
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and wider team
- Reset tables, polish glassware, and help keep service flowing
- Support your teammates and contribute to a positive work culture
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bar and floor experience is essential
- Basic cocktail knowledge is helpful (we’ll provide training)
- Confident, friendly, and switched-on under pressure
- A genuine team player who’s happy to muck in wherever needed
- Reliable, professional, and proud of good service
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
