Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
- Assist with food preparation and ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle catering requests and assist with event setups as required.
- Manage cash handling procedures, including processing payments accurately.
- Provide barista services, preparing coffee and other beverages to high standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
- Experience in catering or serving roles is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service excellence.
- Barista experience would be beneficial but not mandatory; training can be provided for the right candidate.
