Are you friendly, hardworking, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service? Hundith Hill Hotel, a busy and well-loved country house hotel in the heart of the Lake District, is looking for enthusiastic Front of House / Waiting Staff to join our dedicated team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming guests with a warm and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently and accurately
- Serving meals and beverages in our restaurant and event spaces
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times
- Working closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Supporting events such as weddings, private functions, and corporate bookings
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and a team-focused mindset
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Previous hospitality or waiting experience preferred (but not essential – full training provided)
