We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our establishment, from catering and serving to food preparation.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Uphold food safety standards in all aspects of food handling.
- Provide support during catering events, ensuring all guest needs are met.
Skills
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential.
- Catering experience is highly desirable, along with a background in serving.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is crucial for maintaining health standards.
- Barista experience is an advantage, particularly in establishments serving coffee or specialty drinks.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
