- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, menus, and service stations.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food preparation methods and catering options.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation.
- Assist with bartending duties as needed, including preparing beverages and serving drinks responsibly.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with catering services can be beneficial for this role.
