We are seeking a Front End Associate to join our team in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a background in restaurant or catering services, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must have experience in a similar setting previously.
*Responsibilities*
- Greet customers and provide exceptional service at the front end of the establishment
- Making various coffee drinks including other drinks (e.g. Iced Tea, Mocktails)
- Handle transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the front end area
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth flow of operations
*Qualifications*
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential
- Knowledge of food safety practices is desirable
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Flexibility to assist in various front end duties as required
- Barista experience preferred
