Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when necessary.
- Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
- Assist with food preparation as required, maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handle catering requests and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, floors, and service stations.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is essential
- Skills in catering, serving, and food preparation are advantageous.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Barista experience would be beneficial for those working in establishments serving coffee or specialty drinks.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service are crucial for success in this role.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 35 per week
