Responsibilities:
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet guests warmly, take accurate orders, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of food and drinks.
- Provide Expert Knowledge: Confidently describe our menu, including specialty coffees, beverages, and food offerings.
- Maintain High Standards: Ensure cleanliness, attention to detail, and a seamless guest experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work efficiently with kitchen and café staff to meet guest needs quickly while maintaining quality service.
- Upsell and Enhance Guest Experience: Recommend menu items, upsell specials, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced, upscale service environment (cafés, restaraunt, or similar).
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, attentive service.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining grace and professionalism.
