We are seeking dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant and tight-knit team. This role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing our guests' dining experiences, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Take and manage customer orders efficiently
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organised, and inviting
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Have the ability to undertake other tasks when required
- Eagerness to learn on the job
- Handle cash and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Uphold food safety standards at all times
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong customer service skills with a passion for guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience as a barista is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
