Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will be the face of our establishment, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and enhancing the overall dining experience.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
- Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen staff in a timely manner.
- Serve food and beverages with attention to detail, ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas.
- Assist with cash handling and processing payments as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- A passion for providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for guests.
