We are looking for reliable and energetic Shisha & Coal Change Staff to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring customers enjoy their shisha experience by maintaining clean, well-prepared equipment and providing timely coal service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, set up, and maintain shisha pipes and accessories to a high standard.
- Regularly change coals for customers in a polite and timely manner.
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times.
- Assist in organising and cleaning shisha equipment and lounge areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest requests.
- Work as part of a team to maintain smooth lounge operations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in shisha preparation.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and late hours.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
