We are looking 2 Full time and one Part-time person.
You’ll be the first point of contact for members and guests, helping to create a seamless and welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This is a varied, hands-on role that suits someone with great people skills, attention to detail, and a love of hospitality or wellness spaces.

The Role
We’re looking for a confident, personable, and proactive Front of House team member with coffee and bar experience to help deliver an exceptional experience to our members and guests. You'll be the first face people see, setting the tone for their visit—from early morning coffees to evening negronis.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Customer Experience
- Greet guests and manage check-ins with warmth and professionalism
- Handle bookings and payments (simulator sessions, coffee/bar, events)
- Serve drinks and snacks to a high standard
- Help guests get set up with our golf simulators and troubleshoot as needed
- Support private events, tournaments, and corporate bookings
Venue Presentation & Housekeeping
- Keep simulator areas tidy and restocked throughout the day
- Clean shared equipment, tables, and tech areas
- Carry out daily opening and closing checklists (vacuuming, sanitising, locking up)
Facilities Support
- Keep an eye on supplies, report maintenance issues, and ensure all equipment is guest-ready
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members

- Warm, personable, and confident in a front-of-house setting
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive and comfortable wearing many hats throughout the day
- A team player who’s happy to pitch in wherever needed
- Interested in wellness, sport, or premium hospitality (golf experience is a bonus, not essential)
