Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. This role requires a passion for guest services and a commitment to maintaining high standards in food safety and preparation.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Provide excellent guest services, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Assist in food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Support kitchen staff by coordinating orders and ensuring timely service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area.
- Utilise basic maths skills to process transactions accurately.
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the guest experience.
- Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential for this role.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to helping guests and colleagues alike will be highly valued.

Pay: £12.21-£16.00 per hour
