Scole Inn Hotel is a family-run business dedicated to providing a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. We are looking for enthusiastic Front of House Staff to join our team and deliver outstanding hospitality.
Role Overview
As a Front of House Team Member, you will be the face of the hotel, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service. You will handle restaurant, bar, and reception duties, working closely with the team to create a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Provide excellent customer service in the bar and restaurant areas.
- Take food and drink orders, serve meals, and handle payments.
- Assist with check-in and check-out at reception when required.
- Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a professional manner.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality, bar, or restaurant service preferred but not essential.
- A friendly and approachable personality with great communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering great service.
- Reliability and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
