Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly disposition, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff to optimise service flow.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests are met.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of presentation.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Assist with any additional tasks as required by management to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- A team player who can work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £12.22-£13.50 per hour
