Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional experience. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, from greeting customers to managing reservations, all while maintaining a high standard of service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide information about the menu, specials, and events to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front-of-house area.
- Assist in taking orders when necessary and support other team members as required.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
- A team player who is adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
This role will initially be part time, working mainly Saturdays and Sunday. Overtime will be available during seasonal spells & to cover holidays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
