Lea Wharf Medical are looking fora Front of House team member to support the Patient Services Team in manning the reception desk. This role will include patient contact face to face therefore good communication skills are vital. Essential to the role are customer service, organisational skills and an ability to focus on workload priorities in a busy working environment. SystmOne experience would be advantageous to the post however full training can be given.
As the first point of contact for our patients, it is imperative that the individual is friendly, approachable and has a passion to help people.
