The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food safety, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Providing prompt and friendly service.
- Taking orders and processing payments.
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Addressing customer concerns and questions.
- Ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Crafting and serving high-quality products.
- Adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensuring accuracy and consistency in order execution
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Ensuring proper hygiene and sanitation
Requirements
- Proven experience within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in food preparation and production.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
