Barista and Front of House Team Member:

This customer-facing role requires you to be passionate about our brand and be keen to provide an excellent service to the public, alongside integrating well into our amazing team, finishing, baking and serving our often viral goodies. This role will also require you to prepare and serve take away coffees to customers and other hot beverages. The role of a Team Member is a unique role that includes a variety of daily tasks, keeping the job exciting and very different from other hospitality roles that you may have experienced.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in food preparation, including making, preparing and serving our desserts and other products.
- Preparing coffees to take away and other hot beverages.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area, ensuring dishes are washed, surfaces are sanitised, and waste is correctly managed.
- Collaborating with other members of the team to execute various tasks required for smooth kitchen operations.
- Adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene protocols, following all procedures to guarantee the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Complying with company policies and procedures relevant to kitchen operations and FOH duties.
- Serving customers, taking card payments and fulfilling orders.
Requirements –
- Demonstrated passion to work in a kitchen, and a genuine willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment whilst maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
- Friendly and positive attitude to work, with a dedication to providing excellent customer experience.
- Strong teamworking skills which includes effective communication.
