Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires strong clerical and organisational skills, as well as proficiency in various office software applications.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Provide information on menus, services, and events.
- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Experience
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining accurate records.
